I just love how the guy from the FDA says that food dyes are fine and there is no link. No link? All you have to do is check out any kid at a birthday party and you know. Its crazy how much crap is out there, we just have to try and make the best choices that we can.

I also want to give a Happy Birthday shout out to my man Can or my Can Man as I like to call him. He had his 31st birthday yesterday...can I really be married to a guy who is 31?? That makes me feel OLD!! (it always seems that when people show a pic for a bday or a death that the guy is always holding a drink in his hand....)






I am so lucky to have such a sweet husband. He treats me like a queen and is always so eager to do anything to make me happy. He has such a great connection with both our kids and is an amazing spiritual leader in our home. He does the dishes, laundry, school drop off, middle of the night stuff, lots of babysitting etc etc etc. He's so patient, calm and loving...I have so much to learn! Oh and he always manages to make me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world....even in the morning! I love you Cannon...I'm so glad your MINE!!





I would have put some cute pics of Can as a kid but can't figure out how the scanner works...
