This happened after she measured him so I'm sure he was feeling very loving as he was excited at how much he has grown.

Levi: Elyse, when you're a mom I'm gonna marry you.

Elyse: You can't marry your sister!!

Levi: Then who will I marry?

Elyse: I don't know....somebody else!
