Granted L is a very pretty baby...even if I do say so myself! But I don't dress him in girly colors or even colors that could be unisex, no yellows or pastels on this boy. As further evidence that he is a boy he loves to play with the computer, anything that has lights, plugs, outlets, cords, blocks, and sharp objects, he even thinks that my nipple is a button and presses it while we're nursing! So why then do people always assume that my army green wearing, button pressing boy is a girl?
Is it because he's afraid of santa?
Maybe its because his sister likes to make him wear pink boas???
Or could it possibly be because we made him wear a silly headband for the 4th of July?

whatever the reason may be...I ask why? Does this look like a girl to you?

Asking if a baby is a girl is more politically correct. For the record though - he looks like a boy and dresses like one so I wouldn't worry.
I can't believe anyone would even ask. He definitely all boy. Sit him next to Claire in unisex outfits and I know 99 out of a 100 could pick out Levi as the boy.
Inexplicable. I have asked the same/opposite question many times. Why, oh, why do you think my baby would be wearing head to toe pink with mary janes if she were a boy?
My answer is that people are DUMB. Well not you and me and all our friends but strangers mostly. They are just dumb. Thats all I could come up with. Hope it helps.
