Nee Nee was in a play! She was amazing and we were all bursting with pride! She was in the ensemble but was in almost every scene.
She makes a pretty peasant girl.....
and a very handsome soldier :)
This was my choir teacher Miss Martin. (please don't mind me it was a no make up kinda day :) She came to Mclean when she was 20 so just a few years older than all of us. She was a ballerina but had an accident during a show (I think she was hit by some equipment) and she never danced again but instead since she had graduated college early she came to teach at our school. I was in the all girls chorus and we just adored her. She had a brain tumor removed last year and is recovering quite well. I couldn't believe that she remembered me after all this time but she said that she could have guessed that Nee Nee was my sister since we are so alike. I was very flattered since I think Nee Nee is the bees knees.
